Concepcion F. Blaylock, Ph.D.

Dr. Blaylock is the Chairman of the Board of Diamond Motor Corporation (DMC), Zanzibar Hotel Management Services Corporation and CFB Farm. Under her leadership DMC expanded its dealership operation and became the number one dealer of Mitsubishi cars and truck in Metro Manila.

For her active participation in various business enterprises, she was cited as one of the Twelve Outstanding Women in 1979 for excellence in entrepreneurship by the Philippine Council of Management. She obtained her Doctor of Philosophy in Commerce from the University of Santo Tomas.
