Antonio E. Mateo, Ph.D.

Dr. Mateo is a multi-awarded inventor. He has presently 27 patent certificates mostly in the field of Water System Technology, Non-conventional Fuel Source and Energy Saving Device. His inventions and innovations are now being used by water districts all over the Philippines. He is the 1994 World Intellectual Property Organization, Geneva Switzerland for Best Inventor. He has been involved in the preparation of Product Standards Specifications of the Department of Trade and Industry since 1975. He obtained his Ph.D in Commerce degree from the University of Santo Tomas in 1982.
